UPLC (ULTRA PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY)

Dyad Labs uses UPLC systems for performing purity and potency analysis of raw ingredients and finished products.

  • Six (6) Waters Acquity UPLC systems with photo diode array detectors. One also has single quadruple mass spectrometer.

MICROBIOLOGY

Dyad Lab offers both classical methods as well as modern PCR (polymerase chain reaction) based methods for microorganism detection and screening. Equipment includes:

  • Biomerieux Tempo
  • Biomerieux Dilumat Expert Evo
  • Biomerieux Smasher XL
  • Two (2) Biomerieux Smasher
  • Four (4) VWR Symphony
  • Invisible Sentinel Veriflow Platform (TAT 2 business days)

GC (GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY)

Gas Chromatography is used to measure volatile and semi-volatile compounds.

  • Agilent 7890B GC with autosampler, split/splitless injector and flame ionization detector (FID)

LC/MS/MS

Dyad Lab utilizes mass spectrometry instrumentation for identification and screening of low level adulterants, contaminants, biomarkers, banned substances, heavy metals and trace minerals. Equipment includes:

  • Two (2) Sciex Triple Quad 5500’s coupled with Shimadzu Nexera 2 UHPLC systems
  • ABSciex 4000 QTRAB coupled with Shimadzu Nexera 2 UHPLC system
