For rapid microbiology testing, we use AOAC-approved Invisible Sentinel Veriflow technology for the detection of Salmonella, and Listeria species. This new platform utilizes PCR based technology with a much shorter turn-around-time.
AOAC, FDA BAM, and USP methodology are applied in testing samples for aerobic plate counts, coliform counts, E. coli counts, yeast and mold counts, and Listeria counts. We also provide rapid methods for AOAC 3M Petrifilm analysis of yeast and mold counts.
We also offer USP <2022> testing on samples for the absence of Salmonella, E.coli, S. aureus, and P. aeruginosa. FDA BAM testing for Salmonella (up to 375g sample weight), E.coli, and S. aureus are also available.
